It revolves around three main food that must be avoided in order to reduce acne and be acne free when your acne is cleared up. Surprising, one of these food that must be avoided is vegetable oil. Overall, Mr X Acne Says is easy to read and the information taught can be applied right away for fast results.

Acne No More is rather lengthy with 223 pages of information that focuses on natural home acne treatment control. The author, Mike Walden did beat around the bush for the first 40 pages before diving into the core formula (known as the five pillars) which he had created. There is also a section on the terrible effects of prescription acne medicine in Acne No More which I highly recommend you guys to check out.
