Acne No More has one major problem. It has too much information. So much that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. Those who are looking for a quick start type of acne program might be intimated by this book. Personally I was shocked when I saw there were over 220 pages in the book. The first 40 pages of the book are pretty useless and talks mainly about the author's struggles with acne problem.
Mike Walden, the author is a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author. Althought Mike's guide is not the most comprehensive acne treatment guide in my opinion, it is not that bad either and rank number 3 on my Top 3 Acne Treatment Guide list.
One of the thing which I like about Acne No More is its core formula section also known as 'The 5 Pillars'. In this section, nothing is held back and Mike gives a detailed overview of each step before diving into the specifics in a perfect chronological order. There are also outstanding charts and checklists which make it very easy to know where you are at in the program and follow it.
There is also a section on the terrible effects of prescription acne medicine which I highly recommend you guys to check out. Most users of Acne No More reported moderate success results within 3 weeks of using this program.

Personal Verdict :
Overall, Acne No More should work for most people in the long run. However, if you do not want to live your life like a saint and follow a strict diet plan which might overhaul your entire lifestyle or have money just for 1 good acne guide, I recommend you to check out a more comprehensive acne treatment guide here.
